Citrus - Australia
  • Navel-M7
    The M7 was discovered by the Chislett Family near Swan Hill. It is an early ripening piece of fruit with a rounded shape and good levels of juice and sugars.
  • Navel-Navelina
    An early variety with an elongated shape. This variety tends to be larger in size than other oranges of the season.
  • Navel Leng
    The Leng navel is the last of the early varieties. It has a thin to medium skin with a nice round shape and good juice content.
  • Navel-Washington
    This is one of the more heavily produced navels in the Mildura region. Fantastic sugar and juice content with a nice round shape and medium skin thickness.
  • Navel-Late Lane
    The Late Lane navel was discovered in the Mildura region many decades ago and is renowned for its eating quality and shelf life.
  • Navel-Summer Navel
    The summer navel is a late season production navel with good levels of both sugar and juice.
  • Cara-Cara Orange
    The Cara Cara Navel Orange is a natural off-shoot of the Washington navel. With a red to pink flesh, exceptional levels of sugar and juice, the Cara Cara navel orange is an extraordinary fruit to eat.
  • Blood Orange
    The blood orange is a natural development from a Valencia orange with a red pigment to both the internal flesh and the external skin. It has a unique mix of bitter and sweet flavour.
  • Valencia
    The Valencia is a late season orange with a very high juice content and is often used for juicing purposes because of this. It has an enjoyable flavour for eating purposes.
  • Mandarin-Clementine
    Bright orange colour with a slightly pebbly skin. Easy to peel with flavoursome flesh.
  • Mandarin-Daisy
    Bright orange colour with high sugar and avid levels. Well balanced flavour and segments easily.
  • Mandarin-Imperial
    One of the most popular Australian grown varieties, the imperial mandarin is easy to segment and peel and has a thin skin. It is a low seeded variety.
  • Mandarin-Fremont
    Deep orange colour with rich tart flavour. Does have seeds and ripens early.
  • Mandarin-Nova
    Good orange colour with smooth skin. High sugar levels with sweet flavour this variety segments fairly easily.
  • Mandarin-Sunburst
    This variety has a very high juice content. Deep red skin colour with slight ridging around the stem.
  • Mandarin-RH Murcott
    A variation of the Murcott mandarin with extremely high sugar and juice levels. Easy to segment with thin tight skin.
  • Mandarin-Murcott
    Smooth skinned variety with good sugar levels segments easily with a tight thin skin.
  • Mandarin-Afourer
    Deep orange colour and fantastic juice levels. This mandarin has both high sugar and acid levels and is easy to segment, a favourite around the world.
  • Tangelo
    A cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine, the tangelo is a round shape with an extended neck. Easy to segment with high acid and rich flavour.
  • Lemons
    Both seeded and seedless available. Yellow in colour and high acid and juice.
  • Lime
    Limes are a rounded, dark green small fruit. They contain high levels of acid, and have a very sour taste.
  • Ruby Grapefruit
    Red flesh grapefruit with a red pigment to the skin. Slightly more bitter than its white flesh sibling
  • White Grapefruit
    White Grapefruit tends to ripen later in season. It is medium to large in size with good sugar levels.

Grapes
  • Menindee Seedless
    An early variety with light green to yellow colour. Round berries that mature early in the season. Sweet and slightly tart in flavour.
  • Thompson Seedless
    Green seedless grape. Very sweet flavour and produces large berries in long bunches. Popular variety and is one of the most commonly grown in Australia.
  • Regal Seedless
    A variety that tends to ripen later than other green seedless varieties. Medium to large sized berries with good sugar levels.
  • Flame Seedless
    Round berries with crisp skin and crunchy flesh. Good sugar and juice levels.
  • Crimson Seedless
    Bright red colour with large cylindrical berries. Thick skin and crunchy flesh alongside a wonderful flavour make this one of the more popular varieties in Australia.
  • Red Globe
    Large bunches and berries with pink to red coloured skin. A seeded variety with a delicate flavour.
  • Autumn Royal
    Purple to black coloured seedless berries. Oval in shape and very nice flavour.
  • Melody
    Small dark coloured berries. Very nice flavour with a shiny skin.
  • Krissy
    This red grape has a very nice flavour and a good shelf life. Harvested directly after flame seedless.

Stone Fruit
  • White Nectarine
    A white flesh nectarine with low acid and sweet flavour. Redness of blush dependant on sub variety.
  • Yellow Nectarine
    A strong flavoured nectarine with yellow flesh and a pink to red blush depending on the sub variety. Slightly more acidic than a white nectarine with the strength of flavour balancing the overall eating experience.
  • White Peach
    A high sugar and low acid piece of fruit. Very sweet eating with a light to dark pink blush. White flesh internally
  • Yellow Peach
    Strong flavour with high sugar and medium acid. Yellow to red blush with yellow flesh.
  • Apricot
    A traditional piece of fruit. Sweet eating with an orange and yellow blush. Orange internally.
  • Plum
    Plums are a seeded fruit, with a delicate flavour and a pink to red coloured skin.

Apples
  • Royal Gala
    This variety was named after Queen Elizabeth II proclaimed it her preferred apple. Sweet in flavour and dense in texture, it has a red and yellow blush with a crisp white interior.
  • Pink Lady
    Sweet, tart and juicy apple with a bright pink skin. Firm texture and originate from the Cripps Pink variety from Western Australia.
  • Granny Smith
    This variety is defined by its bright green skin and firm white flesh. The granny smith retains its tart flavour throughout the season and starts off with medium acid levels which mellow out over the course of the first few weeks of harvest.
  • Sundowner
    A variety that tends to ripen later than other green seedless varieties. Medium to large sized berries with good sugar levels.

Pears
  • Packham
    Larger sized pear with firm flesh. Sweet and firm with a good juice content. As it ripens this pears skin stays predominantly green.
  • William Bartlett
    A sweet tasting pear, this green skinned pear turns to a yellow colour with softer flesh as it ripens. Traditional sweet pear flavour.
  • Corella
    A smaller pear with a red blush on the outside. Its flesh is firmer than other varieties with a sweet flavour.
  • Josephine
    The Josephine pear has a rich and sweet flavour. As it ripens the skin turns yellow and the flesh softens.
  • Red Sensation
    Red Sensation Pears are large with a long neck and bulbous base. They have a smooth skin, with a ruby red colour.

Avocados
  • Fuerte
    The Fuerte avocado is a beautiful tasting variety with green skin that does not darken with ripeness. This Fuerte avocado tree also produces the seedless cocktail avocado.
  • Hass
    The most popular variety in Australia. Pebbly skin and oval shape with a rich buttery flesh. The skin of the Hass turns black when ripe.
  • Wurtz
    Traditionally a smaller size avocado with good flavour. The skin tends to have a rough texture and will stay green when ripe
  • Reed
    A round avocado with a small seed. The richest of flavour with a smooth skin, the skin of this avocado stays green when ripe.
  • Gwen
    The Gwen avocado is a pebbly skinned variety with a slightly rounder shape to the Hass. The buttery flesh has a nutty flavour to it. The skin will stay green as the fruit ripens.

  • Navel-Late Lane

    A late season orange with very high juice content. Good flavour and also predominantly used for juicing.

    A larger mandarin variety with juicy flesh.
